Since 2002 Lydia has exhibited in a variety of spaces to include The Imperial War Museum, Forman’s Smokehouse Gallery,  Bromley by Bow Centre, Jane Newbery’s Gallery, West Norwood Library, The Paxton Centre, cafés, restaurants, hotel Maison Borghetti and her home.

She holds a deeply felt belief that art has a curative and uplifting effect which  helps invigorate people and transforms mundane surroundings. Whilst enjoying gallery spaces, she is also very interested in introducing art into everyday situations so that her work can be admired whilst people read, eat, drink, chat and go about their daily lives. It is in these situations that people who don’t normally seek out galleries can get gently seduced.
